Win! is built on a simple idea: the tools that collect your money should work for you — not for themselves. These are the six commitments we make to every merchant, and how you can verify each one in your own account.
Your Stripe account. Always.
Payments settle directly into a Stripe account you own and control — not a pooled platform account. Win! never holds your funds or remits on a schedule. If you ever cancel, your Stripe account and its complete transaction history stay with you. We believe your money belongs to you from the moment it's collected.
How to verify: Log into stripe.com — your balance, payout history, and saved customers are yours regardless of Win! subscription status.
No platform percentage. Flat fee only.
Win! charges a flat monthly subscription — $85/month for Starter or $185/month for Unlimited. That's it. We take zero percentage of payments, no per-invoice fee, no revenue share. The only processing cost is Stripe's standard rate, which you'd pay with any Stripe integration. Larger businesses pay exactly the same subscription as smaller ones.
How to verify: Check the Win! pricing page — there is no variable fee tied to payment volume. Your Stripe dashboard shows Stripe's processing fee separately, with no Win! markup.
Your brand on every customer touchpoint.
Your customers see your logo, your name, and your colors on every payment page, reminder email, and receipt. Win! is invisible to them — intentionally. We believe the payment relationship belongs to you, not to us. There's no Win! branding on anything a customer sees.
How to verify: During setup, preview any checkout page or reminder email — send one to yourself to confirm what your customer receives.
No lock-in. Cancel anytime.
Win! has no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no minimum commitment beyond the current billing period. If the product doesn't work for you, cancel with one click and take your Stripe account with you. We earn your business every month — which is exactly how it should be.
How to verify: The cancellation option is in Settings → Subscription. One click. No form to fill, no call required, no 'are you sure' doom loop.
Real-time reconciliation — not batch jobs.
The moment Stripe confirms a payment, Win! writes it back to Xero or QuickBooks Online. Not at end of day. Not in a nightly batch. In seconds. Your books are always current — which means your accountant isn't waiting on you, and you're not carrying surprise AR balances at month-end.
How to verify: Pay any test invoice and check your Xero or QBO account within 60 seconds. The invoice will show as paid.
NACHA authorization handled correctly.
ACH AutoPay requires proper customer authorization under NACHA Operating Rules. Win! captures and stores timestamped electronic authorization during customer enrollment, retries are configured to respect NACHA's two-retry rule, and the customer portal supports self-serve revocation. We've built the compliance workflow so you don't have to.
How to verify: Each AutoPay enrollment generates a timestamped authorization record visible in your Win! dashboard under Client → AutoPay history.

No surprise charges — ever
The pricing page shows exactly what you pay. There are no add-ons, no fees that appear at billing time, and no charges tied to payment volume. Your Win! bill is the same every month regardless of how much you collect.

Your customers know you — not Win!. Every touchpoint is branded as your business. Win! never contacts your customers directly. The payment relationship is entirely yours.

Every payment, refund, and surcharge is reconciled to the matching invoice in real time. Your AR balance in Xero or QuickBooks Online reflects reality — always.
You can leave whenever you want — with everything
No data export fees, no contract exit clauses, no 'we'll wipe your history if you leave.' Your Stripe account is yours regardless of whether you use Win!. Leave with a full record of every transaction.
