Win! is a revenue automation platform built by WebTechPro for service businesses that invoice through Xero or QuickBooks Online. We built it because the problem was real, the existing tools were inadequate, and businesses that do excellent work deserve to get paid for it — automatically, on time, without a second thought.
Why Win! exists
WebTechPro started as a Managed Service IT Support company — and still is. Running an MSP means sending the same clients invoices every month and waiting, sometimes far too long, for payment. We lived the billing problem before we built the solution.
The accounting software was good. The invoicing was clean. And then the waiting started. Forty-five days. Sixty days. Follow-up calls that felt uncomfortable. Reminder emails that got buried. Month-end AR reviews that revealed open balances that should have been closed weeks ago.
As WebTechPro expanded into web app development, we kept seeing the same pattern everywhere — HVAC contractors, electricians, plumbers, property managers — competent businesses with predictable recurring revenue, held back by a manual collection process that hadn't changed since 1995.
The accounting platforms weren't built to collect money — they were built to record it. The payment processors weren't built for invoice-based billing — they were built for point-of-sale. The gap between "invoice created" and "cash received" was being managed by email, phone calls, and manual reconciliation. Nobody had built the thing that closed it.
